Cancellations

If you need to cancel a visit, here is the notice we need and how to do it.
Please give us at least 3 business hours before the start of your appointment. Same-day appointments cannot be cancelled.
A visit can only be cancelled by speaking with a live agent, who will give you a cancellation code over the phone, so please call us at (587) 727-1149.
If you reach us after hours, please do not leave a voicemail. Call back during the day so we can confirm the cancellation with you.
If a visit is cancelled outside these rules, or missed, a reduced service call fee of $125 CAD plus tax applies. That amount is due within 24 hours of the original appointment time.
